Let’s make pottery!

Caddo people made clay pieces that were useful and beautiful! The pots were used for cooking and storing food. They would gather their clay from the river valley and decorate with curvy designs engraved on the outside. Animals such as turtles, snakes, alligators and frogs were also pictured on pottery. Now it is your turn! What will you design?
